Course Assessment

To become an IFA certified Bootcamp Instructor, the student must:
• Attend both course days (10 hours total)
• Complete an assessment workbook
• Pass the practical examination

Unit 1: Benefits of Circuit Training

explores the key concepts of dynamic, high-energy bootcamp or circuit training for individuals and groups – and how you can incorporate them in your exercise planning.

Unit 2: Circuit Design & Set Up

introduces learners to a professional approach to setting up and planning a safe and effective circuit workout for individuals and groups. We draw on a variety of challenging exercises, designed around bodyweight and equipment-based stations.

Unit 3: Leading a Circuit Session

challenges our learners to conceptualize, design, and deliver their own circuit workout. With your classmates as the ‘test clients’, you can apply all theoretical and practical concepts from the course in your live teaching.
